I don't know about you, but a burger and fries always hit the spot for me. But you may think it's impossible to enjoy this nostalgic classic while keeping carbs low. No worries, ditch the burger bun, make these keto fries, and pile on the keto-friendly toppings and condiments and you're all set! Check out Heavenly Fan's channel:    • How to make keto French fries | Keto ...   Suggested Macros per MyFitnessPal: The amount of dough made from this recipe should yield about 30 small-to-medium-sized fries, so I figured I'd break the macros into three servings of 10 fries each - Cals: 44 | Fat: 1g | Total Carbs: 7g (5g net carbs per serving of 10 fries) | Fiber: 2g | Protein: 1g INGREDIENTS Coconut flour fries: 50g coconut flour 3 tsp xanthan gum (or konjac powder) 7-8 tbsps hot water (I used 8 tbsp) DIRECTIONS 1. Add coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt in a mixing bowl, mix well. Add in hot water and mix; then knead the dough until all of the ingredients are completely blended together. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. 2. Roll out the dough to about 1/2" thickness and cut the dough into slim, French-frie shape) strips. 3. Add a generous amount of oil to a frying pan, and warm over medium-low heat. Maintain medium to low heat.
