Mix Dal Dosa | High Protein Breakfast Meal | Dosa Recipe | Multi Dal Dosa | Mixed Lentil | Food360 Ingredients Raw rice - 50gm Idli Rice - 50gm Masoori Dal - 25gm Toor Dal- 25 gm Urad Dal - 25gm Channa Dal - 25 gm Moon Dal - 2 gm Lobia / Alasandi Kaalu - 25 gm Fenugreek / Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp Wash the above ingredients thoroughly in water and soak overnight or for a min of 4 hours Strain the water Transfer the contents to a blender / mixie Add green chilii (as per your deisred level of spiciness), ginger pieces Grind into a smooth batter by adding watter gradually (not too watery) Tranfer to the batter to a mixing bowl Add finly chopped mint leaves / coriander leaves Add cumin seeds about 1/4 tsp Add a pinch of baking soda Add salt to taste Mix the contents well Mix dal dosa batter is ready Grease hot tawa Pour one ladle of dasa batter , spread evenly and cook until golden brown on both sides Crispy healthy mix dal DOSA is ready.. Server hot with chutney and enjoy the dish!
