This is a settlement build tour at Outpost Zimonja from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere). This is a small frontier town founded by a group of settlers who wanted to escape the horrors of downtown Boston, and make their living scavenging the wrecks on the nearby ruined highway and surrounding wasteland. Over time the settlement grew attracting numerous traders and eventually allied with the Minutemen who protect the settlement in return for using the radio relay tower to boost their communications. Have never really attempted to build here before and found the limited build space, combined with the uneven terrain and un-scrapable objects a challenge to deal with – but really pleased with how this turned out.
