Heeeeyyyyyy, In today’s video I am going to be showing you guys what I did for the week since I took a few vacation days in celebration of my birthday. As a disclaimer, this is not my typical week being that I am on vacation but there are aspects of it that I would like to incorporate into my normal weekly routine. As I continue down my different journeys, I am making so many memorable experiences while taking little bits and pieces to make part of my daily life. Whenever I travel, one goal is to always see how I can replicate some aspect of it so that I am not always waiting for the next vacation to experience a particular thing. Right now I am making it a priority to get out into nature regularly because I feel grounded and I am pushing myself to seek out new activities like the sound bowl healing class.
