Elastic Emerald is a romhack of Pokemon Emerald I am working on that includes numerous balance changes to pokemon in an attempt to streamline the potential of Pokemon. This also includes some custom implementations for abilities and moves, as well as some modifications to existing abilities. In this case, I'm going over a modification to Kecleon's Signature Ability Color Change, where instead of the type change occuring after an attack, it occurs before the attack. At the moment of this upload, I’m more or less done with the changes of Fully Evolved Ice, Electric, Ghost, Dark, Fairy, Dragon, and Fire Type Pokemon. The rest is yet to be completed.
