In this episode, we'll focus on the township's sectors within the Wagholi area. This sector covers approximately 12.5 acres and consists of 12 towers with 4-level parking and 30 stories. There will be a total of 1886 inventories, including 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK apartments, along with commercial shops. Possession for Phase A is expected in May 2028, and Phase B in June 2028. Sector R14 spans 5.65 acres and currently houses VTP's sales office, with plans for 5 towers in the future. Sector R15 features VTP Altair's development on 2.93 acres, with 3 towers and a possession date in June 2025. Sector R16, known as VTP Flamante, spreads across 5.59 acres and will have 6 towers with a possession date for the first 4 towers in March 2028. Sectors R17, R18, and R19 are reserved for bungalows on 1.5 acres each, with no development started yet. Sector R20, spanning 5 acres, plans for 5 towers but no development as of now. Sector R21, about 1.5 acres in size, is designated for social housing, catering to the economically weaker section under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Road connectivity plays a crucial role in this township, with several key roads connecting various sectors and neighboring areas. It's important to note that while there's significant vacant land within the township, some plots have been sold for unorganized land plotting, leading to unregulated constructions. Future development in these areas may vary.
