He talks about his early days as a young lawyer, the founding of his law firm with his partner, Femi Olubanwo, and the practice philosophy of the firm as well as what he calls the B&I DNA, which every member of the firm shares. He is unable to hide his love for the young people in this country, lawyers, and others, as well as his hope for the future of the country.
