X-Transbots MX-23 Fioravanti Transformation Sequence

Purchased from ShowZStore: https://showzstore.com Get yours!: https://showzstore.com/xtransbots-mx-... Figure Note: Stop-Motion Transformation of X-Transbots MX-23 Fioravanti. Pretty but a bit delicate. I would NOT recommend popping up the headlights, but here is how you do it: To pop the headlights up: Push on the plates below them upwards. To retract the headlights: You will need: Small phillips screwdriver Pin pusher Hammer Channel lock pliars Superglue 30 minutes of your life you won’t get back 1 - Use your pin pusher and taps from your hammer to drive the long pin out of the front of the car - set the two components of the flip-out guns aside. 2 - Remove the two screws that hold the bottom of the front on and gently lift away the bottom. 3 - Using superglue, carefully reassemble the headlights. Hopefully like me only one will have come delaminated and you can use the other one for reference. Make sure the pins going through each headlight assembly are carefully centered. 4 - Very carefully reassemble the components. Use the channel locks on a wide setting to gently press the long pin back into place - remember to put the flip-out gun parts back into place as you do it. 5 - Never bother with the headlights again. You see, The headlights consist of a block of plastic with a small plate with the headlights glued on and the red part of the hood glued on top. When you press the blocks under the headlights, they pop up real nice. But putting them back down, there is a good chance that when you press down on the lights, the pin through one (or both) them will come off of one of the tracks causing the headlight component to become skewed. There are slots on the push blocks, so you can conceivably use a flathead screwdriver in the slot with a slight twist to pull the blocks down, but if the headlights have already become delaminated you will need to disassemble and glue them back together properly. Also the rearview mirrors can be loose and will need some glue. X-Transbots figures sure require a lot of careful assembly correction, don’t they? Note: Hasbro Pulse Premium is garbage and I wouldn’t recommend it. They won’t really give you any kind of inside scoop on new preorders and when you ask about it they will ignore you. Then when you follow up saying you never got a response to your inquiry and perhaps you’d be better off getting a refund, they will refund you but still won’t address the initial concern. Viewing Note: If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using your , and . keyboard keys to advance by single frames. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking. Music: The music is by Ethan Meixsell - www.ethanmeixsell.com Songs: “Demolition” and “Run”
