Ek Bar Ghar Par try Keejiye Ye Tasty Recipe. #allpurposegravyrecipe #gravyrecipe #nooniongarlicrecipe INGREDIENTS: FOR PASTE: Cashew nuts (काजू) - 20 pieces Melon Seeds (तरबूज/खरबूज के बीज) - 1 small bowl Poppy seeds (खसखस) - 1.5-2 tbsp White sesame seeds (सफेद तिल) -1.5-2 tbsp Peanut (मूंगफली) - 2 tbsp Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) - as required Ginger (अदरक) - as per taste Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - as per taste FOR TOMATO PASTE: Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp Cloves (लौंग) - 4-5 Small cardamom (छोटी इलायची) - 3 Star anise (चक्र फूल) - 1 Black cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) - 1 Cinnamon stick (दाल चीनी) - 1 stick Bay leaf (तेजपत्ता) - 2 Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 10-12 pieces Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 7-8/1 kg Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp FOR GRAVY: Oil (तेल) - 2 serving spoons Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp Sugar (चीनी) - 1 tsp RECIPE: Take some Dry Fruits like Cashew Nuts, Melon Seeds, Poppy Seeds, White Sesame Seeds and Peanuts. Soak them all and then boil them. After boiling, keep them for cooling down and then grind them all. Use Ice Cubes while grinding the Dry Fruits. Chop some Ginger and Green Chilies and grind them. In a pan, put some Oil, Cloves, Small Cardamom, Star Anise, Big Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds and Black Pepper. Then put some chopped Tomatoes and Salt in it then cover it and cook it on medium flame. After then, turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down and take out the Bay Leaves, peel of Big Cardamom, Star Anise and the Cinnamon Stick and then grind the Tomatoes. In the pan, put some Oil, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder and Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and also put some Water in it. Then put Ginger and Green Chili Paste and roast it and put the Tomato Paste and the Dry Fruit Paste in it. Put some Sugar then cover it and cook it on medium flame for 8-10 mins till the gravy releases Oil. Turn off the flame and the Gravy without Onion and Garlic will get ready. Keep it for cooling down and then you can preserve the gravy for long time.
