It seems like I am a sucker for punishment , as after I spent two weeks writing a script explaining the Veil, I moved onto the next “that makes no sense ” lore topic for lightfall, The CloudArk. AND in researching the CloudArk, I began to make comment on how it seems that living in the CloudArk is a permanent decision (and I have lots of references for that) BUT then I stumbled across Nimbus’s story and how living in the CloudArk isn’t permanent and they actually took Nimbus out of Cryo to become a CloudStrider. The more I pulled on this thread the more I began to understand Nimbus’s tragic and dark backstory, how Neomuna is not the paradise that it portrays .
