Scottish beef stew and crispy dumplings recipe | Family dinners

Hi folks :) Welcome back to what’s for tea! And I hope you’re having a great day so far! For tea tonight I made this amazing Dundee beef stew with dumplings! Just the same as a normal beef stew with the addition of marmalade gives the stew it’s name :) Dundee being very well known for it’s fabulous marmalade, best to use bitter marmalade if you can find it…but whatever you’ve got will do :) Very easy to make, everything gets cooked in the same pan…and it’s absolutely delicious! Cook it low and slow, and you’ll have a beautiful, melt in the mouth stew! I’ve listed everything I used below…in case you want to give it a go for yourself.
