Helloooo 👀 I filmed this wayyyyy back in July shortly after finishing my exams - hence the summer tan, gosh I miss it (🙁) - and saved it until now to hopefully help you out when you’re needing it the most. Evidently, I do my best to explain 4 key topics (e.g. thermoregulation) you could potentially discuss in your A-Level Biology essays to gain full marks and an A* by including “Beyond the Spec” content. Additionally, I suggest lots of other key topics you could research further to include, such as the menstrual cycle and kidney dialysis. Alternatively, I advise looking at the old A-Level specifications / textbooks! I truly struggled to find any content on this this time last year so I hope this helps!
