Being the only woman in a meeting is not easy. Going from a male centric culture to a diverse organization where both men and women are equal is a marathon where commitment and communication are key to success. Ainoa Irurre shares some of the practices that has helped her company move forward with this transformation and some of the mistakes and lessons she has learned thru this journey.
