TMZ 140 Re Tweed Inc

POT TV - The Mernahuana Zone, a live webcast from Vapor Central on Yonge Street in Downtown Toronto every Tuesday 720-1020 pm EST or 420-720 pm PDT live on POT TV. TMZ is please to confirm, Chuck Rifici president and ceo of Tweed Inc has confirmed they will be on our webcast Feb. 11. Get your questions in the comments section below on POT TV, Vapor Central or Mernagh sites. It's true, our weekly webcast The Mernahuana Zone is always looking for fascinating guests to interview. This week, The Mernahuana Zone for Tuesday Feb. 11th has requested interviews from all the current Health Canada medical marihuana listed retail producers. We Also Want To Interview You on TMZ, available for download from Soundcloud and iTunes. Health Canada currently has six license producers ready to serve Canada's medical marihuana patients. However, people making difficult decisions about what company to register with need someone they can trust to open the doors of these facilities. We believe by conducting interviews we can learn more than "boycotting." TMZ host Matt Mernagh has been conducted extensive interviews for a variety of print publications and we pride ourselves on being fair and balanced. Tweed CEO Chuck Rifici, one of six current Health Canada licensed medical marihuana producers, has agreed to a sit down interview with The Mernahuana Zone on Tuesday Feb. 11. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about what the company has to offer potential customers. Rifici will be on immediately after the opening session, at approximately 730. This important interview will be archived and available on demand via YouTube, iTunes and SoundCloud. The company made news earlier this year when they acquired considerable amount of square footage (168,000 square feet) in a retired Hershey chocolate factory. Co host Tamara Smash, who visited the chocolate factory during grade school, will ask Rifici if they kept the overhead walkway. Mernahuana wants to know if there is any truth to the rumors the Oompa Loompas did not get their security clearance. In seriousness, we'll be conducting an interview similar to the one we did with The Peace Naturals Group. Tweed has revealed plans to seek a Toronto Stock Exchange listing and has a board of directors who are not blowing smoke. The listing, which is taking over an already existing new venture ticker space on the TSX, will happen as soon the regulatory process is complete. Health Canada estimates the industry will be valued at about a billion and half dollars over a ten year period. However, competition from the underground marketplace, disabled customers lack of income and doctor's refusing to participate, were not included in the agencies financial estimates. Competition could be demanding too. Over three hundred and eighty companies are currently seeking Health Canada's approval to produce legal marihuana. Health Canada has approved six companies to date and half have agreed to interviews. We want to know what makes Tweed different than the other players. I'm sure their CEO will explain exactly what makes them different and why they want your business. Note, an interview with Bedrocan is scheduled to take place in the first week in March via Skype. Cannapharms turned down our request because they are, "focused on growing Triple A BC Bud" and Metrum cited "security and confidentiality" concerns. TMZ interview policy is to only interview companies approved to retail medical marihuana. We seek interviews listed with every company listed on Health Canada's licensed producer page to avoid confusion among medical marihuana patients. We have been approached by several stage two companies who would like to chat about their plans, but we feel this could confuse viewers. Therefore interviews will take place only after a retailer is listed on Health Canada's website. We welcome all interviews and wonder why someone would not want to chat with us. Join us for political discussion, 420 Swap, UK Cannabis Factory Bust of the Week and our new segment Jay Danger Does Dramatic Erotica Readings In Front Of A Live Studio Audience. The Mernahuana Zone is live Tuesday Feb. 11th at 720-1020 est or 420-720 pdt and available on demand via Soundclound and iTunes.
