In our simple provincial life in the Philippines, we decided to go out to the beloved Filipino fast-food chain, Jollibee. Unfortunately, we weren't able to ride any tricycle or jeepney to drive to our destination. Once we got back home, we tried to cook our own Jollibee fried chicken recipe.
