Option # 1: Baking -Take a small dough (120g) and spread the dough with the help of hand on baking tray and make marks with the help of fingers. -In bowl,add egg yolk,milk and whisk well. -Brush on each naan and sprinkle black & white sesame seeds on top (makes 4). -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes. Option # 2: Air Fryer -On butter paper,place dough ball (120g) and spread the dough with the help of hand and make marks with the help of fingers. -Brush on each naan and sprinkle black & white sesame seeds on top. -In air fryer machine,place roghni naan and air fry at 180 C for 10 minutes. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Water lukewarm 1 Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp -Doodh (Milk) lukewarm ½ Cup -Cooking oil 4 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Baking soda ¼ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups -Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1 -Doodh (Milk) 1 tsp -Kalay & Safed til (Black & white sesame seeds) Directions: -Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rakh dein. -Bowl mein doodh,cooking oi,namak,baking soda aur khameer mixture dal ker smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Maida ki half quantity dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka remaining maida shamil karein aur ghond ker soft dough tayyar ker lein. -Haath ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place). -Haath ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein. -Maida ko fingers per laga lein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein. Option # 1: Baking -Chota dough lein (120g) aur baking tray per rakh ker dough ko haath ki madad sa pheela lein aur fingers ki madad sa marks laga lein. -Bowl mein anday ki zardi aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Brush ki madad sa naan per laga lein aur kalay & safed til chirak dein (makes 4). -Preheated oven mein 180 C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein. Option # 2: Air Fryer -Butter paper per dough ball (120g) rakh dein aur haath ki madad sa pheela lein aur fingers ki madad sa marks laga lein. -Brush ki madad sa naan per laga lein aur kalay & safed til chirak dein (makes 4). -Air fryer machine mein 180 C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
