A total of 5 Sandeep Lamichhane (Can be retained) , Arjun Saud,Dev Khanal, Aarif Sheikh and Aasif Sheikh have been Nominated for the Australian Big Bash League BBL 2023 Draft as the overseas players from Nepal. For the first time, Arif, Asif and Dev have not been drafted in any foreign league. Last year, a player draft was held to select players for the BBL.  The date of the draft of this edition of the competition has not been decided for september 3.This edition of BBL will start from December 7.
