Especially when simmer the sugar syrup at the start * When spooning the cookie dough mixture onto a tray, keep the pieces small so that it can mix through the cheesecake frosting better * Make sure tin is lined with parchment paper before adding the biscoff mixture * Add half cookie dough balls when adding to the cream heese frosting, otherwise the mix will become hard to spread. Save the rest for decoration * Before drizzling the chocolate fudge sauce. Heat up in the microwave for 5 seconds to loosen the sauce
