Bamni is definitely worth a visit simply owing to its sheer natural beauty and landscape. 5.Upper Dam- A major tourist attraction of Ajodhya hills/Pahar.Upper Dam is a Purulia Pumped Storage Hydel Power Project. 6.Lower dam- Another major attraction of Ajodhya hills/Pahar is lower dam under Purulia pumped storage hydel power project. 7.Turga Dam/Thurga Dam This is a beautiful Dam cum lake in the Ajodhya Pahar/hills range. Thus, for local birdwatchers, Saheb Bandh is a popular retreat and tourist attraction in Purulia City with water sports fecility and shikara ride. 10.Charida Village- Charida is the village of 300 skilled mask makers of the celebrated dance form of the region, Chau dance.
