You will see the word Start with an arrow drawn around it. 3) Press Volume Down or Up until you get to the Recovery mode option. 4) Press the Power button to select and restart into Recovery mode. You will see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark. 5) Now again, press and hold down the Power button, press Volume Up one time. 6) Use the volume key down to scroll to (wipe data/factory reset) and press the Power button to select it. 7) Use the volume down key again to Scroll down to (Yes-erase all user data) and press the Power button to select it.
