Quality management in Dynamics 365 is integrated into the supply chain and helps to manage quality processes and issues. It consists of two components: Quality control and Non-conformance. In this video our focus will be on prerequisite set-up needed for the quality control. As a prerequisite for the use of the quality control functionality, quality management has to be enabled in the inventory management parameters. For the tests in quality control, following additional setup is required: 1. Tests – Measure individual characteristics of the tested quantity. 2.Test variables – Only for tests with results from a list of values. 3.Test groups – Sequence of tests which have to be executed in a quality order.
