Using The DAW Remote and THE Behringer X32 To Control Cakewalk

In this video, we set up the Behringer X32 Producer as a control surface so we can use the channels on the X32 to control the functions inside of Cakewalk. Any Behringer X32 model will work. We also discuss how to add more control features through the act settings. In addition to that, we will also set up a midi controller to work along with the X32 surface controller. We learn how to use the two together without creating conflicts. While the main focus of this video is using hardware through midi to control software, we also show how to use the effects in the mixer to record an audio track. We also cover the synth rack and how to control several software synths at once, and we get to hear some of the free synths for the first time. This video series is a tutorial that teaches you how to use the Cakewalk DAW software. DAW comes from an acronym that means Digital Audio Workstation. it is software that turns your computer into a digital recording studio. These videos are best viewed in full-screen mode and they will walk you through every aspect of using cakewalk. The music in this video was written and recorded by me.
