A few hours before the time trial prologue of the #TDU2023, I spoke with Alan Dumic, a mechanic for the Bahrain Victorious team as he finished off some work on the Merida bikes – first, Scultura then a Reacto Pro... I asked questions about The Seatpost of Matej Mohorič – as used when he won Milan-Sanremo in 2022... and followed a similar line of query as I've done with other mechanics featured in this series: bike preference? Chain lube...? while I also collected shots of the bikes while the mechanic was at work.
