Today we review a finished whiskey from another Austin distillery...this is Crowded Barrel's Eve! This is a bourbon that is finished in Calvados (a French apple brandy) barrels. Crowded Barrel is the first crowd supported distillery and has one of the largest YouTube presences focused on whiskey! Texas whiskey is hit or miss for us but this is a really good bourbon with a wonderful impact from the finishing and we highly recommend grabbing a bottle and supporting the distillery!!
