Lake Mead National Recreation Area - Las Vegas Bay Campground Review
This video describes the Las Vegas Bay Campground which is about 10 miles from Henderson, Nevada and is in the Lake Mead National Recreation area. The campground is located in Boulder City, Nevada not far from the intersection of Hwy.167, which is the main road through through the recreation area, and Lakeshore Road. The campground has 86 sites for $20/per night or $10 for people with the senior pass. There is a 30 day maximum stay limit. There are no electric, water or sewer services at the sites although there is a dump station and water is also available. Tent camping is available and the sites are level and most have a paved parking pad. There is good cell coverage and good over the air antenna TV reception.
