This week we resume our trip sailing down to Norfolk, Virginia to start our journey travelling south on the famous Intracoastal Waterway, or the ICW. It is not only beautiful but also helps us avoid the notorious Cape Hatteras, a challenge to the most experienced of sailors. Mother Nature, the weather gods and the elements are all much more forgiving compared to the week that we just had and we get to enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery and sunsets on the trip so far! We wish we could have stayed longer and explored more but visas wait for no one - especially in the US!
