This herbal tea is a drink/dessert known as Ching Po Leung in Chinese and Sam Bo Luong in Vietnamese. It's a nutritious drink for all seasons, very refreshing and light especially on a hot summer night. Many bubble tea shops have a variety version of this on their menu. The prep works might seem a bit tedious but it's not too bad once you combined everything. This last for a week in the fridge and so nice to have a dessert on hand throughout the week.
