How to Do a Full Bust Adjustment + Remove Ease in the High Bust/Chest

The challenge is that she has a significant difference between her full bust and high bust measurements. When the full bust is significantly bigger than the high bust (more than 3"), it can be helpful to start one size up from the high bust measurement.
