Supco hard start capacitor purchased online for around $25. Installed it on the A/C unit of my RV. This stores power and uses it when your A/C unit starts up. It prevents from tripping your breaker whether you have it plugged into a generator or into your home. I currently run a champion 4000 and even though I never had an issue, I have tripped a breaker on it when I left the a/c on by accident and I plugged myself in to the generator, with that starting and other devices like the fridge or tv, toaster, microwave etc that start up at the same time. It's really easy to install, it's like the inside of the unit was made to have these installed afterwards. Hope you guys enjoy.
