FoxAlien Vasto - 20mm Cutting Depth Testing

Testing the rigidity of the FoxAlien Vasto CNC Router. Cutting into HDPE using a 1/4" Single-Flute Endmill. The machine itself didnt really show any signs of problems. Steppers not skipping or anything. The cutter started to get a little more noisy by cut 4 or 5, and pretty much maintained from there on. To me, this feels like a problem in the spindle speed & possibly even spindle power. The last two cuts especially, I saw quiet a bit of sparks being made in the brushes of the dewalt router. Lot of amps getting pushed to make those cuts. The stock was also only clamped on one end, so its possible a little noise could happen due to that ( Cutting side potentially suspended a hair ). Either way, I'm very impressed and happy with the results! This was more than I expected out of this machine!
