(과학을 평가 절하하는 것이 아니라 인간이 밝혀내지 못하는 지점들이 분명히 있다고 생각하기 때문에 제 짧은 과학적 지식을 사용하기 보다는 조상들의 긴 역사와 지혜를 따라서 비누를 만드는 것이 좋은 비누를 만드는 지름길이라고 생각합니다.) 그래서 저는 가장 역사가 긴 알레포 비누를 중심으로 마르세유비누,그리스비누, 모로칸비누, 아프리카의 블랙솝 그리고 중국의 비누들까지 전통적으로 만들어져왔던 모든 비누에 관심이 많습니다. 10년이 지난 지금까지도 비누 장인들의 손길을 따라가며 그들이 어떤 생각으로 비누를 만들어왔는지 나름의 연구를 하고 있습니다. 그 결과로 오늘은 알레포 비누 만드는 영상을 업로드하게 되었습니다. 오늘 영상에서 사용한 월계수 오일이나 올리브 오일은 현지에서 사용되는 것들로 구입을 했습니다. 자연물의 특성을 굉장히 강하게 지니고 있는 오일들이었습니다. 색상과 향 맛까지 매우 강렬했습니다. 워낙 고가의 오일들이라서 비누를 만드는 동안도 긴장하고 만들기도 했지만, 완성된 비누가 너무나도 아름다워서 정말로 행복했습니다. 이 진한 오일들로 어떤 비누가 만들어졌는지는 영상을 통해 확인해주세요!
