It's always going to be a decently long chase before leading into one of the pallet plays up top, and if the killer isn't ready to incorporate chasing the bottom floor, they just might find themselves out of chase allowing for the survivor to make it back up top, out of chase, to get extra vaults without the window blocking or after it unblocks!
