In 2019, Dr. John Parkins worked with his graduate students to establish the Canadian Renewable Energy and Battery Energy Storage Map—an online interactive map of all renewable energy projects in Canada. After five years, undergrad summer students Aela Fezjulla and Jenna Pare led a major renovation, including updating project information and developing new layers to add to the map.
