After initially focusing offline, Akash Agrawal and Ashish Agrawal shifted online due to the pandemic. With ₹93 crore revenue in FY24, ZOFF aims to reach ₹170 crore by FY25. GimBooks: Founded by Yash Raj Agrawal, GimBooks is Raipur’s first YC-funded startup. Yash Raj Agrawal started the company with the goal of offering small businesses an easy way to manage accounting. Today, GimBooks serves over 20,000 users, with FY24 revenue at ₹7 crore. Yash Raj Agrawal expects this number to reach ₹20 crore by FY25. Finology: Launched by Pranjal Kamra and Priya Jain, Finology evolved from a YouTube channel to a full business as the first SEBI-registered advisory in Chhattisgarh. Finology offers finance and legal education to over a million customers. Pranjal Kamra and Priya Jain have largely hired employees who are based in Chhattisgarh. Jvapa Foods: This Bhilai-based startup, founded by Utkarsh Vatsa and Shreeya Vatsa, along with GV Himanshu, produces rice-based snacks. Jvapa Foods achieved ₹95 lakh in FY24 and recently started exporting to Australia. Utkarsh Vatsa and Shreeya Vatsa are targeting ₹3 crore in FY25 without external funding. Minocular: Founders Mohit Sahu and Puru Agrawal pivoted from digital marketing to build a tech-driven mining solution using drones and IoT for better fleet management and productivity. Mohit Sahu and Puru Agrawal called this company Minocular, and it made ₹1 crore in FY24, aiming for ₹2.4 crore in FY25. EVREX: Based in Raipur, EVREX, founded in 2020 by Sagar Sahu, Bhuvesh Kumar, Kunal Urkude, and Jaspreet Singh, makes EVs like the solar-powered Wings Solar cycle and MotoWheel. EVREX has sold products worth ₹9 lakh in FY24 and aim for ₹1 crore by FY26 through expanded partnerships. Vertex Suite: Founded in Bhilai, Vertex Suite integrates WhatsApp chatbots with e-commerce websites. Founders Sazal Malhotra and Shailendra Anand aim to expand to Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Sazal Malhotra and Shailendra Anand are targeting FY25 revenue of ₹5.78 crore. Mediklik: Founded by Vikramaditya Tirthani, Om Prakash Tirthani, and Shivam Khole, Mediklik addresses India’s ventilator shortage. With ₹8 crore of personal investment, they’ll launch their ventilator, VENSI, this year. Mediklik aims to be a global player in respiratory devices. BetterSpace: Raipur’s BetterSpace, founded by Abhilash Shrivastava and Shivli Shrivastava, offers mental health support via online counseling and therapy pods. With over 200 psychologists, BetterSpace has helped 15,000-20,000 people. Abhilash Shrivastava and Shivli Shrivastava recently raised ₹45 lakh in pre-seed funding. Chalbo: Founded in Raigarh by Amit Patel and Kishor Kumar Naik, Chalbo provides B2B taxi services to corporate clients, serving 9,000 clients with FY24 revenue of ₹17 lakh. Amit Patel and Kishor Kumar Naik aim for Chalbo to generate ₹40 lakh in FY25, supported by new projects like a government-funded initiative. Special mention to 36Inc, Chhattisgarh's first government-sponsored incubator, which has been instrumental in encouraging entrepreneurship in the state.
