Today I compare the features, specs and claims of these 2 popular flux core gasless welders. I test both of these welders in 0.030 wire and 0.035 wire. I run both these welders non stop until they fail. I discover the Vulcan gasless wire is not the same category wire as the Lincoln gasless wire stocked at local home depot's. I test the suggested settings of both welders on 18g and 1/8" metal in fillet pull and push in both 030 and 035 wire.
