Single Acting Pressure Intensifier Working Animation As the Name say, Pressure intensifier is a hydraulic device which is used to deliver high pressure output to the machine. This Single acting pressure intensifier consists of a piston who's one end is in a low pressure chamber and the other end is in a high pressure / intensifier chamber. Firstly, The fluid enters into the intensifier chamber fill it and then the check valve closes. Now, Fluid is sent into the low pressure chamber where it forces the piston to move towards the intensifier chamber. Due to this movement of the piston, the pressure on the intensifier chamber fluid increases and hence check valve opens and high pressure discharge is obtained at the outlet port. Hope You like it.
