Hey friends! Here's the complete rundown on crafting the full steel laminated armor for Sauron from Lord of the Rings! Some parts were welded using electric welding. The pieces were darkened by burning the metal to achieve a worn-out black color! To assemble the pieces for wearing on the body, I used cowhide leather and steel buckles to reinforce tension! I have to confess, I didn't save the templates for this project. As I experimented with shapes, the templates changed a lot, so I mostly tossed them in the trash. Sorry! Hope you enjoy this journey as much as I did!
