OK so let me start, by saying that the 600/600 title just seems like a catchy title, it's totally not accurate, this is 550/900 Second, let me say that it's extremely easy to build a city with more people, or more money, I'm not trying to brag, just showing you my next city. :) Third, I made this city before I discovered the tips in my street placement guide, so i wasted a ton of time placing streets thru trial and error, it was very sad. Fourth, I will post another video tomorrow, showing the fast-forwarded construction of this city... it's taking forever to render. So let's get to it: My goal with this city was 600/600 RC city, no industry. after building this city I've concluded that non-industrial cities are stupid, and I won't be making another one.. imho the fact that RC cities are possible is a game bug that will hopefully be fixed one day.
