Then speed #6 for 5 minutes, rest 2 minutes then speed #6 for 5 more minutes. Proof dough for 1 hour or until double in size. Cut into 8 portions, roll and shape. Proof for another hour then bake at 340F for 20-22 minutes. For the coconut buttercream: 1 and 1/2 stick of room temperature butter 5 Tbsp of coconut cream or coconut milk. 5 Tbsp of sugar Beat butter until smooth, then add in coconut cream, then slowly add in sugar. Beat on high speed until buttercream turns like yellow or smooth. Sugar water: 1 TBsp of sugar and 1 tsp of jot water. Optional: shredded coconut
