Squier 70's Strat Classic Vibe Test
I am now a huge fan of Squier guitars. The necks, fretwork and pickups look sound and feel great. Fretwork is top notch. This guitar looks very cool to my eyes which is important. Also the weight is good. It stays in tune pretty well with no set up or fussing. Pickups sound good. Pots turn easy. Switch works well. Some times I wonder if a higher grade metal wouldn't be nice on the hardware but not seeing any signs of cheap there yet either. I will inspect it more closely tonight. This guitar was not cleaned or restrung or prepared other than quickly tuning it. Plug in and rip. Squier has done it again.
