He is definitely the Ultimate Mumm-Ra we have ever received! Having said that, I do wish the articulation would have been better; it is fairly limited, yet it is better than any other Mumm-Ra. I think Mumm-ra is worth the price and mine had virtually no QC issues; but some have and I hate that. He looks just like the Mumm-ra from the cartoon, so I am very happy with him.
