Transferred this from my original VHS copy and after making copious 'cleanups' I am hoping it is appropriate to show here. This was part of the Lyrics and Lyricists Series at the 92nd Street Y on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. It was released on VHS (and subsequently cassette and CD) around 1978.
