Any ice cream lovers out there? Please allow me to introduce you to one of Thailand's greatest inventions... THAI ICE CREAM ROLLS! They are exactly what they sound like -- little rolls of flavored ice cream, about the diameter of a quarter, packed into a cup and topped with all sorts of delicious toppings like hot fudge, coconut shavings, toasted marshmallow, fresh fruit and/or gummy bears. Thai Ice Cream Rolls are way better than they sound in words. Trust me.
