Another aircraft carrier departs Portsmouth. This time, it is the HMS Prince of Wales, departing two days after the HMS Queen Elizabeth. Both British aircraft carriers are now out at sea for training and trials. HMS Prince of Wales (R09) is homeported at His Majesty's Naval Base Portsmouth. It is one of the two largest ships in the Royal Navy and the second Queen Elizabeth-class aircraft carrier. Including Peregrine, a new Osprey police boat. The channel was closed for all marine traffic while the movement took place.
