The beginning phase of the Leang challenge is all about defeating her patrolling units with war factory tech. I'm quite happy to say that I've gotten most of that down. Mostly. The patrolling buggies were giving my men lots of problems, but turns out terrorists are the perfect answer. The rockets don't lock on to them, and even if they get run over, they just blow up anyway. From there, most of the mission plays the same, aided by that last puzzle piece making things run a little more systematically. One of the bigger things is to get the tech up asap, as that leads to earlier scud storms. I go for 4 scuds, but I can afford to build the 2nd scud onwards a little later as the 1st scud kicks off the sneak attack. The other scuds are there to hit buildings that take too long to reach so I have a little leeway if I don't have enough economy to build all of them immediately.
