Călin Georgescu is an expert and practitioner in Sustainable Development. For more than 17 years he was involved in the United Nations. Georgescu has served as director of the United Nations Global Sustainable Index Institute (UNGSII) in the 2015-2016 period. He has also held various positions, such as being a senior fellow in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and a member of the UN Special Rapporteur UNHRC. Georgescu also member of the Club of Rome, and has served as president of the European Research Center of the Club of Rome in the period 2013-2015. In this ICIC interview by Reiner Fuellmich, with years of experience in international organizations, Georgescu observes that the oligarch use UN as a 'bridge' for their greed .
