Use this simple industry tip to get the Levels of your Kick and Bass to sit right in the mix and get headroom to start the mix. We got this tip from a well know Producer in the industry. Using this method will help you start your mix and levelling right. The Kick and Bass will be balanced and levelled, so that you can mix in and level all the other sounds, channel faders around the Kick and Bass levels. This will also give you a good amount of headroom, so you do not slam and crush your overall mix. Use any VU Meter plugin on the last insert on the Master Channel.
