Dessert Devotion: Chocolate Ricotta Mousse and Back to the Basics

Chocolate Ricotta Mousse 1 (15 oz) tub of whole milk ricotta cheese 1 cup semi-sweet (or milk) chocolate chips Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe container. Heat the chips in 30 second increments in the microwave until stirred smoothly. Add the melted chocolate to the ricotta cheese in a blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for an hour (or overnight). Whipped Cream (optional): 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp granulated sugar Beat on high speed with a hand mixer until peaks form. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy! How are the building blocks of my spiritual life going? What does the foundation look like? How is it holding up?
