If you don’t, maybe you might want to consider starting a little tasting note booklet, or taking notes on an app in your smartphone, and if you already do, as a wine writer, I might have a few useful tips for you here. Why wouldn’t you want to write tasting notes? There are actually a thousand reasons to do so. Remember what you’ve tasted before, while visiting a winery’s cellar dour for example so you know what to order from them when you get back home, or I guess these days as perhaps you don’t get to visit wineries that much, it’s more about remembering which wines you really enjoyed from Bonner Private Wines selection so you can order more when we make more available to you.
