Much love and appreciation #housemusic #vinylmix #manti DJ: Barbaros   / babsi_inc     / barbarosbali   Host: Taner   / ameritaner   taner's funk kitchen:   / tanersfunkkitchen   Taner's Easy Manti Orzotto Ingredients: 500 g yogurt (3,5% fat or more) 1 tsp salt Garlic (as much as you like) 2 tbsp cooking oil 200 g minced beef Pinch of salt & pepper 1 tbsp tomato paste 100 ml warm water 2 tsp chili flakes 100 g butter 300 g orzo pasta 1 tsp salt Preparation: Bring the yogurt and minced beef to room temperature. Cooking: Mix the yogurt well with the salt and fresh garlic. Heat the oil, add the minced beef and cut it into small pieces. Do not fry the beef until it is brown and crunchy, but only until it is no longer pink, then add the warm water. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, mix and let it simmer. After about 10 minutes, add the tomato paste. After another 5-7 minutes, stir in the chili flakes and butter. Once the orzo is cooked, mix it with the garlic yogurt. Finally, add the seasoned ground beef to the orzo pasta in the garlic yogurt and serve immediately and enjoy!
